About The Role We’re looking for an experienced

Consumer Product Designer

with exceptional craft and a deep curiosity for how patients interact with healthcare. You’ll shape the end-to-end experience of our consumer product—reimagining how patients interact with AI-enabled care and defining the visual and interaction standards that guide our product.

What You’ll Do

Develop a deep understanding of both patient & clinical needs

Own the core experience of receiving care, from education and advice to prescriptions, labs and referrals

Leverage cutting edge tools to quickly prototype and iterate on innovative 0→1 experiences

Raise the bar for interaction craft across our mobile and web experiences

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, driving design decisions with data

What You Bring

5+ years of consumer-focused product design experience

Strong skills in rapid prototyping and iterating new product experiences from scratch (0→1)

Passion for craft and hold a high bar for visual design

Demonstrated ability in working cross-functionally to inform and validate design decisions

Comfort navigating ambiguity and working autonomously to take ownership of broad initiatives

You’re a Great Fit If

You have worked in early-stage startups or high-growth, dynamic environments

You are integrating AI into your design processes in creative ways

You are passionate about craft and hold a high bar for visual design
