Personal Lines Product Development Manager
Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the implementation of product changes and initiatives. Interface with each department involved or affected by product changes in order to improve the quality and timeliness of change implementation.
Essential Job Functions
Act as project lead, driving key business decisions & coordinating with stakeholders for alignment and on time delivery.
Leads resolution of issues that require coordination with various company departments.
Identify areas of improvement, initiate change and lead the effort that will result in an improved product change implementation process.
Represent the product group in various company projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements
Mathematical or Statistical experience.
Ten years experience in similar role, or Graduate degree and four years experience in similar role Industry.
Leading Expertise in area of Profession.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in mathematical or statistical field preferred.
Special Skill Requirement
Proficient PC Skills, including Excel, Access, Word and basic programming for statistical purposes.
Physical Actions Required job duties are essentially sedentary work consisting of occasional walking, standing, and lifting and/or carrying 10 lbs maximum, and seeing.
Physical Environment Required job duties are normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Farmers offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location. o CA Only: $115,275 - $196,130 o CO Only: $108,375 - $169,070 o HI/IL/MN/VT Only:$108,375 - $181,060 o MA Only:$108,375 - $181,060 o MD Only: $108,375 - $181,060 o DC/NJ/NY/OH Only: $108,375 - $196,130 o Albany County, NY/Cleveland, OH: $115,275 - $169,070 o WA Only: $108,375 - $205,750
