Lead Farm Educator I/II
Agmenity designs, installs, and manages agricultural amenities and community farms for homeowners’ associations, developers, and other clients. The Lead Farm Educator is a full‑time, year‑round position responsible for the holistic management of an agricultural amenity, including vegetable production, community programming, staff leadership, and public engagement.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of four full‑time Farm Educators, ensuring the farm’s success in growth, harvest, and sales of crops.
Plan and execute community programming, including tours, classes, and special events.
Oversee planting, weeding, harvesting, washing, and distribution of produce.
Maintain small equipment and tools (e.g., BCS tractor), greenhouse operations, and small livestock (chickens and other small livestock).
Maintain sanitary, safe, and organized work and storage areas, complying with FSMA and local health codes.
Organize and keep records of year‑round crop planning, sourcing materials and supplies, budgeting, and reporting.
Develop a high‑performance team culture that fosters continuous learning, quality of work, and accountability.
Serve as an Agmenity representative and role model, training, guiding, and supporting team members.
Ensure premium quality of all produce leaving the farm and curate an aesthetically beautiful farm space.
Communicate with developers, HOAs, project partners, stakeholders, and community members via interpersonal relationships, email, and meetings.
Maintain a flexible schedule that averages 40–45 hours per week, including weekend work and two consecutive days off.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000 – $64,000 (DOE).
