Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist 1

* Analyze collateral documentation and loan information in the bank's servicing system (Hogan) and as needed, update collateral records in loan servicing system* Follow up with business partners regarding missing or insufficient documents.* Analyze loan status to determine the appropriate resolution* Prepare customer communication.* Manage workflow to ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded.* Processing of work - mail sorting, check processing, data entry, document retrieval and review, account research.* Responds to both internal and external customer requests through both written and verbal communication.* Assists in developing and maintaining department procedures.* Positions in this job family must adhere to written policies and procedures and will be regularly audited to ensure compliance.* Perform other duties as assigned.* High School Diploma or equivalent* One or more years’ experience in a customer service-related position* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access -- Ability to create and edit basic Word and Excel documents. Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem solving ability* Prior customer service experience is helpful* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Ability to manage time effectively* Detail-oriented and thorough* Demonstrated dependability (attendance)* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to established SLA targets and quality requirements* Commitment to Huntington's Vision and Values #J-18808-Ljbffr
