Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site role based in Lexington KY for a dynamic and passionate Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador will represent INITIO Parfums Privés by showcasing the brand’s vision and values to clients. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, promoting brand awareness, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will embody the brand’s essence, educating customers about the unique qualities and benefits of INITIO’s fragrances while creating a memorable shopping experience.
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients and build meaningful relationships
Proven experience in Brand Ambassadorship, ensuring consistent representation of brand identity
Strong Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience
Ability to promote and enhance Brand Awareness through storytelling and product demonstration
Passion for luxury goods or fragrances; previous experience in the fragrance or retail industry is a plus
Ability to work independently while maintaining high energy and professionalism in an on‑site environment
