
Healthcare Interior Designer

One of the most awarded global A&D firms in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Healthcare Designer. We’re looking for a talent who has experience in large-scale and complex healthcare projects, focused on designing clinical workflows, patient safety, infection control, etc.
Pay: $75k - $105k per year.
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid: Tuesday - Thursday on site, Monday & Friday remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support interior design projects from concept through construction.
Develop practical, innovative design solutions aligned with client goals, budget, and schedule.
Conduct programming and space planning; select and specify finishes, furniture, lighting, and materials.
Produce and coordinate 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and presentations.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Assist with documentation during SD, DD, and CA phases.
Support construction administration efforts (level dependent).
Participate in client presentations and internal coordination.
Apply firm standards and integrate sustainable design strategies.
Qualifications
3-7+ years of experience within healthcare design.
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams on complex healthcare projects.
Proven ownership of project budgets, schedules, and fee management.
Strong familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards (ADA, life safety, clinical requirements).
NCIDQ and/or LEED credentials are a big bonus.
