Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events across manufacturing operations.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Provide training and coaching to employees on Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of CI initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement throughout the organization.
Standardize best practices and implement visual management systems across production lines.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical expertise.
Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean manufacturing tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen) and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent communication, training, and change management abilities to drive organizational adoption.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for process insights.
Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or extensive experience leading organizational change.
Familiarity with additional CI methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Demonstrated experience integrating digital transformation technologies (e.g., IoT, AI) into manufacturing CI initiatives.
