Senior Asset Manager ???? Seattle, WA About the Opportunity We are partnering with a mission-driven real estate investment and development firm focused on acquiring, preserving, and enhancing multifamily and affordable housing communities. This organization has a strong track record of executing complex transactions and creating long-term value through thoughtful asset management and strategic capital deployment. They are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio and play a key role in driving performance, executing business plans, and supporting capital markets initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance of a portfolio of 10+ multifamily and/or affordable housing assets Lead refinancing and loan conversion processes, including financial analysis, lender coordination, and execution Partner with property management teams to drive operational performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to enhance NOI Develop, review, and execute annual business plans and operating budgets Monitor asset performance through regular reporting, financial reviews, and site visits Coordinate lease-up activities for new developments and oversee commercial leasing efforts within mixed-use assets Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and third-party partners while ensuring compliance with all agreements Support capital markets activities, including evaluating refinancing opportunities and sourcing debt Oversee cash management, forecasting, and reserve activity Lead risk management efforts, including insurance claims and regulatory compliance Represent ownership in meetings with key stakeholders, including municipalities and agencies Qualifications 7+ years of experience in real estate, with a focus on asset management within multifamily and/or affordable housing Strong understanding of property operations, financial analysis, and real estate fundamentals Experience with value-add, redevelopment, or stabilized portfolios Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working with property management systems (e.g., RealPage or similar) is a plus Bachelors degree required; advanced degree or industry designation (e.g., CPM) preferred What Makes This Opportunity Compelling High-impact role with ownership over a diverse and growing portfolio Exposure to both operational strategy and capital markets execution Mission-driven platform with a focus on meaningful housing outcomes Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong leadership support Clear path for growth and increased responsibility over time Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous paid time off and additional benefits
