Job Summary and Responsibilities We are seeking highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants to provide exceptional customer service and sell premium mattress products utilizing our proven selling process and bedMatch diagnostic system.
Work a retail schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends; typical 40-55 hours per week.
Provide relaxed, low-pressure educational shopping experience.
Use tablets, mobile POS, and bedMatch system.
Lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading mattresses.
Show a winning team-oriented attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.
Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
Qualifications
Motivated with availability for retail schedule.
Bilingual (English and Spanish or other) is a plus.
Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Experience with sales or customer service is preferred.
