Hybrid Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Web Content Manager designs, develops, and manages digital content for the law school on the school’s website. This role develops and implements web and online communications to support the school’s brand and institutional marketing goals. It may require after‑hours on an emergent basis to notify the Law School community of emergencies through the website, such as an unexpected school closure. Essential Functions
Reviews web content that will promote and engage prospective students, scholars, and alumni. Develops and maintains the law school’s web presence and advises on‑site sections for departments and programs. Creates new web pages and sections for Law School stakeholders, including optimizing for SEO/AEO and user experience. Responds to individual requests for website corrections and updates in a timely manner; works with a supervisor to prioritize projects. Performs site improvements as requested by the University to improve website accessibility. Sets schedule and tracks annual events that appear on the website, such as the diploma ceremony, admissions cycle, etc. Serves as the gatekeeper and central resource for the law school’s web content and structure. Manages the web content plan and institutionalizes accountability to ensure content is creative, timely, and dynamic. Collects and analyzes user behavior data to inform site enhancements. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of successful experience creating and implementing content for robust websites, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and Skills: Deep knowledge of CMS tools (such as T4 and WordPress). Knowledge of ADA and WCAG web accessibility compliance. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with key stakeholders. Strong understanding of the intersection of form and function in web management. Willingness to work in a team setting and assist others when needed. Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Starting Salary: $80,000 Maximum Starting Salary: $95,000 Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills. Benefits
