Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of improvement projects.

Establish and maintain standardized work procedures and best practices within production.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and statistical process control.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing process improvements.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Bonus Qualifications
Master Black Belt certification.
Experience leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced analytics) for process optimization.
Proficiency with advanced statistical software such as Minitab or JMP.
Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).
Experience implementing Theory of Constraints (TOC).
