Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
Develop, manage, and track a portfolio of continuous improvement projects to achieve measurable results.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in CI tools, techniques, and problem-solving.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
Facilitate cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, waste reduction, and process optimization.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Master Black Belt certification
Expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC)
Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Proven experience mentoring or coaching junior continuous improvement practitioners
