Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify waste, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
Develop, train, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, promoting employee engagement and ownership in process optimization.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement process changes and sustain improvements.
Develop and maintain standard work procedures and best practices across production lines.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
Deep understanding and practical application of Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a continuous improvement mindset across all levels.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
Formal certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace).
