Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process optimization. Demonstrated ability to manage complex improvement projects and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) in a manufacturing context. Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for performance monitoring. Formal certification or significant experience in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
