Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on CI tools and principles.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for complex operational problems.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment of new processes.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change, mentor teams, and drive cultural transformation.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and root cause analysis.
Expertise in implementing a variety of CI methodologies and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced data analytics skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for deeper process insight.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience leading digital transformation or Industry 4.0 initiatives in manufacturing.
