Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Develop, implement, and sustain a continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Train, mentor, and coach employees on continuous improvement principles and tools.
Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and measure project impact.
Drive the standardization of processes and best practices to sustain gains and prevent backsliding.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and waste reduction across the facility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent proven expertise in CI methodologies
5+ years of hands‑on continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex improvement projects with measurable results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making
Proven experience in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
Master Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced Lean practitioner certification.
Experience leading Continuous Improvement initiatives within a supply chain or logistics context.
