Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven approaches.
Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
Provide training and coaching to manufacturing teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and employee engagement.
Manage and track the progress of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realized benefits.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM).
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or advanced Green Belt certification.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex improvement projects.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency with statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for complex data analysis.
Certification or significant experience in formal Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Demonstrated experience in developing and quantifying financial business cases for improvement projects.
Familiarity with applying Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, AI, automation) to manufacturing CI initiatives.
