Salary Range:

$84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Develop, deliver, and champion CI training and coaching programs for manufacturing personnel.

Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across production lines.

Drive the implementation of sustainable solutions to eliminate waste and improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of CI initiatives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of improvement projects.

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (LSSMBB).

Demonstrated proficiency in Lean principles (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC).

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train cross-functional teams in CI tools and techniques.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, including statistical software proficiency.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience applying Industry 4.0 concepts (e.g., IoT, AI) to process improvement

Proficiency with advanced data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python/R)
