Salary Range:

$90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.

Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.

Coach, train, and mentor employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles and tools.

Manage and execute a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results.

Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement efforts.

Drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.

Facilitate value stream mapping and process analysis workshops to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.

Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) or Black Belt.

Demonstrated ability to apply Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) and drive sustainable change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and process mapping.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills, capable of influencing all levels of an organization.

Bonus Qualifications

Strong proficiency in financial analysis, ROI calculation, and cost-benefit analysis for improvement projects.

Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python) or process simulation tools.

Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and implementation.

Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
