Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of improvement projects from conception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and sustained results.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and ensure knowledge transfer.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S) and Six Sigma tools (e.g., DMAIC, statistical analysis).
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, coach, and train personnel on CI principles and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving measurable operational improvements.
Proficiency in data analysis and process mapping software relevant to CI.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML) or digital transformation initiatives.
Certification or demonstrated experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Design Thinking methodologies.
Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or process simulation software.
Experience leading continuous improvement efforts focused on supply chain optimization or sustainability initiatives.
