Key Responsibilities
Lead and champion the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
Manage and facilitate continuous improvement projects from conception through to completion, ensuring measurable results.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to employees at all levels on CI principles and tools.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CI initiatives with overall business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
Proven expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma tools
Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and root cause analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, drive cross-functional teams, and implement sustainable change
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation).
Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and application.
