Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Organize and lead Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid problem-solving and implement sustainable changes.
Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement efforts.
Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels on Lean principles, problem-solving methodologies, and CI tools.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employee engagement and ownership of process enhancements.
Standardize best practices and processes across relevant departments to ensure consistency and sustain gains.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work) and Six Sigma principles.
Proven ability to drive cultural change, facilitate workshops, and mentor teams in CI tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Prior experience with automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
