Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Identify process inefficiencies, waste reduction opportunities, and areas for productivity improvement.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, methodologies, and tools.
Monitor, measure, and report on the progress and financial impact of continuous improvement projects.
Drive the standardization of best practices and create a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable process changes and solutions.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies, with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex operational problems using data-driven approaches.
Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural adoption of CI practices.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques relevant to process improvement (e.g., Minitab, statistical analysis).
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies or digital transformation initiatives.
Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation.
Experience leading CI initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
