Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen events to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement based on data and operational performance.
Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S).
Exceptional analytical and data‑driven problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and drive cross‑functional projects.
Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, automation).
Certification or significant experience with the Shingo Model or Theory of Constraints.
Proficiency with advanced process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim).
Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration).
