Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations.
Develop and deliver training programs on CI tools and principles to all levels of staff.
Coach and mentor teams in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and project execution.
Manage a portfolio of CI projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement effectiveness and sustain gains.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and facilitate cross-functional teams through process improvement projects.
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and root cause analysis tools.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results and sustained improvements in operational performance.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with advanced simulation software or AI/ML applications in a manufacturing context.
Knowledge of specific industry regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, AS9100, IATF 16949).
Proficiency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations.
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization.
