Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects and Kaizen events across manufacturing operations. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottleneck opportunities. Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM). Train, coach, and mentor employees on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project savings. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Standardize best practices and ensure documentation of improved processes. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 5 years of progressive continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex CI projects with measurable operational and financial impact. Expertise in Lean methodologies, Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, and other CI tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with proficiency in data‑driven decision making. Excellent communication, coaching, and change management abilities. Bonus Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency with advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI). Experience leading Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives. Formal training or certification in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
