Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste across manufacturing operations.
Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement tools and principles to employees at all levels.
Coach and mentor teams in problem‑solving techniques, root cause analysis, and the application of CI methodologies.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
Drive cultural change towards a continuous improvement mindset throughout the manufacturing plant.
Standardize best practices and implement visual management systems to sustain process improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, VSM, 5S) and driving measurable operational improvements.
Strong project management and data analysis skills, with a track record of successful CI project completion.
Excellent communication, coaching, and change management abilities to foster a CI culture.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
Experience implementing specific advanced CI methodologies (e.g., TPM, TOC, Shainin Red X)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
