Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
Identify process inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and direct observation.
Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement projects.
Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on Lean principles, problem-solving techniques, and continuous improvement tools.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by engaging teams in improvement projects and fostering a proactive mindset.
Standardize best practices and ensure the sustainment of improvements across manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systemic solutions and drive operational excellence.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of successfully implementing Lean methodologies and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making
Excellent project management, communication, and change leadership abilities
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with financial modeling or cost-benefit analysis for improvement projects.
Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R) or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Exposure to automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 concepts in manufacturing environments.
