Key Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies across manufacturing operations. Coach, train, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles and tools. Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement. Facilitate Kaizen events, workshops, and structured problem-solving sessions. Establish metrics and track the impact of CI projects on key performance indicators. Promote and embed a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Recommended Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies. 5+ years of hands-on continuous improvement experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects and drive sustainable change. Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant tools. Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives. Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation. Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI). Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance tracking.
