Salary Range:

Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction. Develop, train, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools. Manage a portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and measurable results. Drive a culture of continuous Improvement by promoting problem-solving and waste elimination. Utilize data analysis and process mapping to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop solutions. Establish metrics and monitoring systems to track the effectiveness and sustainability of implemented improvements. Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) or Master Black Belt (LSSMBB) with a strong understanding of Lean principles, tools, and methodologies. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and implement complex improvement projects, delivering measurable results in cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency gains. Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving techniques (e.g., Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys), and value stream mapping. Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills, with the ability to coach and mentor teams at all levels of the organization. Bonus Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with advanced data visualization and statistical analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Minitab). Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI). Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, automation, or digital transformation within manufacturing. Job Titles That Should Apply
