$86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Coach and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and realization of benefits.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CI initiatives and sustain gains.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and accountability throughout the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within manufacturing operations.
Demonstrated expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams to drive sustainable process improvements.
Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
Bonus Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Minitab)
Experience integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into continuous improvement initiatives
