Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies across manufacturing operations. Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI projects to optimize processes and reduce waste. Coach and mentor manufacturing teams in the application of CI methodologies and tools. Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting problem-solving and proactive change. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report CI project impact and savings. Design and deliver training programs on Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and other CI practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions. Recommended Qualifications
Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC). Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive sustainable change. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control and data analysis tools. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with advanced data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing environments. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent structured project management experience. Experience coaching and mentoring junior CI practitioners or cross-functional teams.
