Key Responsibilities

Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.

Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Coach and mentor manufacturing teams on CI principles, tools, and techniques to build internal capability and foster a culture of improvement.

Develop and implement standardized work, visual management, and 5S programs to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CI initiatives, demonstrating tangible results and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI practices into daily operations and strategic planning.

Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in CI methodologies.

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization.

Strong proficiency in applying CI tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Root Cause Analysis.

Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in key manufacturing metrics (e.g., safety, quality, delivery, cost).

Bonus Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)

Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices)
