Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels on Lean principles, tools, and methodologies.
Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices to sustain improvements.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and ROI of CI initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and communication.
Organize and lead Kaizen events and workshops to address specific operational challenges.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to sustainable implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
Excellent communication, training, and change management capabilities
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Experience applying Design Thinking principles to problem-solving.
