Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
Identify, analyze, and eliminate process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
Develop and deliver training programs on Lean principles, problem-solving tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Coach and mentor teams and individuals on the application of CI tools and mindsets.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Standardize best practices and ensure their sustained implementation across relevant departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent advanced certification.
Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S) and Six Sigma tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, DOE).
Demonstrated track record of successfully driving measurable operational improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.
Strong project management, change management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI)
Experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 or Digital Transformation initiatives
Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, Power BI for complex modeling)
