Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.

Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.

Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate change, train teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies.
Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., R, Python) or manufacturing simulation tools.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience implementing CI within highly automated or regulated manufacturing environments.
