Key Responsibilities
Lead and champion the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities through data analysis, process mapping, and direct observation.
Facilitate and manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring measurable results.
Develop, train, and mentor employees at all levels on CI principles, tools, and techniques.
Drive cultural change by promoting problem‑solving mindsets and empowering teams.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of CI initiatives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize best practices and ensure knowledge transfer.
Recommended Qualifications
5+ years experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.
Proven ability to apply Lean tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, SMED, Kanban) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis software.
Demonstrated experience in change management, coaching, and developing CI capabilities within an organization.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application to continuous improvement.
Formal certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI).
Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) for process optimization.
Experience in a multi‑site or global manufacturing environment.
