Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies.
Coach, mentor, and train employees at all levels in continuous improvement principles and tools.
Manage a portfolio of improvement projects from conception through to sustainable implementation.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering proactive problem-solving and employee engagement.
Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of improvement projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of improvement strategies.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent advanced certification).
Expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED) and their practical application.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve CI goals.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced data analytics and visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Formal Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation) within a manufacturing context.
Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for process optimization and data extraction.
