Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across manufacturing operations.
Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste using data-driven methodologies.
Develop and deliver training programs on Lean tools, problem-solving techniques, and CI principles.
Coach and mentor teams and individuals in applying CI methodologies to achieve operational excellence.
Establish metrics and reporting systems to track the progress and impact of improvement projects.
Drive the standardization of best practices and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor teams on Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis techniques.
Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Formal certification or extensive experience in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML) and their application in manufacturing.
Experience with financial modeling and ROI analysis for continuous improvement initiatives.
