Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects.
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and root cause problem‑solving.
Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S).
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Industry 4.0 concepts and digital transformation initiatives.
Formal training or certification in change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI).
Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python for data analysis).
Background in supply chain optimization or logistics improvement projects.
