Lead and manage continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities through data analysis, Gemba walks, and value stream mapping. Develop, deliver, and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and principles across all levels of the organization. Monitor, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable results. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops, driving cross-functional teams to achieve measurable operational efficiencies. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and problem-solving at all levels. Collaborate with department heads to integrate CI practices into daily operations and strategic planning. Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) within manufacturing environments. Strong understanding and practical application of Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC). Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects, driving measurable results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Relevant certification(s) such as Lean Green Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt. Bonus Qualifications
Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI). Experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and application. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation).
