Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) within manufacturing environments. Strong understanding and practical application of Lean principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM) and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC). Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects, driving measurable results. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Relevant certification(s) such as Lean Green Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt. Bonus Qualifications
Certification in a recognized change management methodology (e.g., PROSCI). Experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and application. Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation).
