Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
