Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations. Develop, manage, and track a portfolio of continuous improvement projects to achieve measurable results. Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in CI tools, techniques, and problem-solving. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives. Facilitate cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, waste reduction, and process optimization. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt. Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
