Salary Range:

$94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Hart that are seeking skilled Continuous Improvement Managers. Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.

Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.

Facilitate and lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI projects to optimize performance and reduce costs.

Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on CI methodologies and tools.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of CI efforts.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the plant.

Develop and standardize best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) within manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within manufacturing environments

Demonstrated proficiency in statistical process control, data analysis, and root cause analysis tools

Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams

Proven ability to drive cultural change and employee engagement in improvement initiatives

Bonus Qualifications

Proficient in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with advanced methodologies such as Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Demonstrated experience integrating Continuous Improvement with Industry 4.0 initiatives or digital transformation projects.
