About the Role As Director of Rehabilitation, you’ll lead the therapy department while continuing to treat within your discipline. This is a
hands‑on leadership role
ideal for an experienced clinician ready to grow into (or continue in) a leadership position.
We are open to the following disciplines:
Physical Therapist (PT)
Occupational Therapist (OTR)
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations of the rehab department
Provide direct patient care within your licensed discipline
Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and federal regulations
Mentor and develop therapy staff
Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Drive outcomes‑based, patient‑centered care
Maintain documentation and clinical excellence
What We’re Looking For
Licensed PT, OT, SLP, PTA, or COTA (Virginia)
Prior experience in SNF, LTC, or post‑acute care
required
Leadership or supervisory experience
preferred
Strong understanding of Medicare, documentation, and compliance
Excellent communication and team‑building skills
A clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and quality care
