Commercial Lending Relationship Manager I – Responsible for driving business growth by selling loans and financial products to commercial clients, interacting with businesses in the community, and collaborating with senior leaders on complex transactions.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with key influencers, managing loan delinquency, and spending 70% of time focused on sales and meeting goals.
Keep financial information current, conduct regular account reviews, and maintain an acceptable level of loan delinquency.
Collaborate with the Credit Department, apply loan policies, and advise borrowers on financial decisions while continuously improving credit analysis knowledge.
Follow loan procedures and calculate total exposure within approved lending authority.
Review loans that exceed authority with the team leader and highlight potential risks before submitting them for committee approval.
Requirements Education & Experience – You will need a bachelor's degree in a directly related field AND one 1-2 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
