A 3PL/International freight forwarder in the industry, proud of its robust end‑to‑end solutions and reputation for excellence, is seeking a Senior Brokerage Specialist.
Responsibilities
Oversee international operations
Coordinate air and ocean shipments, determining accurate tariff classifications and duty value for entry submission
Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
Present a streamlined technology solution, developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
Coordinate and submit Importer Security Filings (ISF)
Invoice clients/overseas agents/vendors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Detailed experience and knowledge of the global logistics industry, including 3‑5 years of customs brokerage
5‑7 years of experience, specifically in 3PL/International freight forwarding (REQUIRED)
High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
Self‑starter with strong organization and presentation skills
