Job Description We are growing and looking for a confident, relationship‑driven professional who takes ownership of client experiences and communicates with clarity, professionalism, and purpose.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position where you will be part of a collaborative, team‑focused environment. You’ll receive hands‑on support, training, and mentorship as you build your skills and confidence.

This role goes beyond traditional customer service. You will play a key role in retaining clients, guiding conversations, and helping individuals make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

What you can expect:

$48,000–$50,000 base salary (consistent, reliable income)

Monday–Friday schedule — no evenings or weekends

Responsibilities Responsibilities –

Proactively connect with clients regarding renewals and policy updates

Communicate clearly and confidently to guide client decisions

Help clients understand their coverage and available options

Build trust and strengthen long‑term client relationships

Take ownership of follow‑through to ensure a smooth, positive experience

Manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented office environment

This is a service‑focused role with a strong relationship and retention component, where communication and ownership are key to success.

Requirements Requirements –

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confidence in conversations and ability to guide decisions

Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

Insurance experience is helpful but not required—we provide training.
