Job Summary The Community Specialist drives the store’s community strategy, building relationships with local ambassadors and partners, hosting and attending events, seeding products, and delivering a world‑class guest experience on the sales floor.
Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with store leadership to execute the community strategy and enhance the guest experience.
Establish and manage local key relationships (e.g., Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners) to increase guest acquisition and retention.
Engage with the community to identify future partner opportunities and strengthen the store’s community presence.
Connect with guests on the floor to assess their needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless experience.
Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events.
Execute product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
Analyze community‑relevant business data and metrics; share insights and recommendations with store leadership.
Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
Qualifications & Requirements
Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to the assigned store.
Flexible schedule; shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Minimum 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.

Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Range: $21.00 – $24.16 per hour (subject to local minimum wage). Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.
