Marketing Programs Coordinator

Lawmatics, San Diego, CA, United States

This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, customer programs, and content execution. You'll turn ideas into real programs by building the processes, materials, and coordination needed to bring them to life.

You'll help develop our customer community and advocacy initiatives—programs built from the ground up, with real ownership from day one.

Build the materials, run the programs, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're early in your career, hungry to learn, and want to be in the room where growth decisions get made at a company on the rise, this is your role.

This role requires on-site presence from Monday to Wednesday in our La Jolla, San Diego office, with flexibility to work remotely on Thursday and Friday.

What You'll Do

Own and manage the marketing team’s Asana workspace, organizing projects, assigning tasks, maintaining clear timelines and keeping everything moving forward.

Run a daily team check‑in cadence that surfaces blockers early and keeps projects aligned. Proactively flag issues with a proposed path forward.

Support the development of broader customer community and advocacy initiatives as they evolve, building the operational foundation from the ground up.

Write first drafts of customer‑facing content—including emails, case studies, surveys, in‑app messages, and community posts—in a voice that’s direct, warm, and built for legal professionals.

Support the SVP of Growth with presentation decks, one‑pagers, and internal materials. Maintain the content calendar and keep deliverables on schedule.

Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create materials and programs that drive product adoption, feature awareness, customer education, and expansion.

Contribute to lifecycle marketing initiatives including onboarding communications, milestone messaging, and customer engagement campaigns.

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related role.

Exceptional written communication skills. Write clearly and naturally, like a person, not a template.

Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail. Keep multiple workstreams moving without dropping anything.

Comfort working in project management tools like Asana, Notion, or similar platforms.

Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus, not a requirement.

A proactive mindset. Enjoy solving problems and moving projects forward.

Social media marketing experience a plus!

What Success Looks Like

Customer programs launch successfully with strong operational support behind them.

The SVP of Growth spends time on strategy because execution is handled.

Sales and Customer Success have the content and materials they need to drive adoption and expansion.

The team spends less time managing logistics and more time on work that drives growth.
