Overview
Our growing Anytime Fitness clubs in Westchester County are adding to the team the best‑of‑the‑best Gym Managers and Personal Trainers/Coaches. Part‑time or full‑time positions are available for the right person with opportunities to earn additional commissions. Responsibilities
Exceptional customer service at the club (i.e. handling prospective members, members’ needs, security, etc.). Managing facilities with top‑notch cleaning and organization. Managing emails and ongoing marketing and communications. Sales of Membership and Personal Training (ideal for those certified in training). Clerical office work (CRM database, filing, payment tracking/billing). Positive and friendly attitude. Willingness to train and work at multiple locations, and to handle pre‑opening sales within a 30‑minute radius. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a reliable car. Qualifications
Health club or gym management experience: 1+ year (preferred). Personal Training certification & experience preferred but not mandatory. Own reliable car. Must live within a 30‑minute radius of the club (must be local). Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent cleaning and maintenance skills. English proficiency; Spanish language skill preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (required). Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred. Job Requirements
Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Contract. Expected hours: 20–40 per week. Shift availability: Day Shift (Required), Night Shift (Required). Shift options: 8‑hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Morning shift. Weekly day range: Every weekend, Monday to Friday. Work location: Multiple locations available (In person). Benefits
